I wanted to be a Carpenter to help build houses and put carpet in because I like to work and build different things but I ended up being an animal trainer. I don’t think the money worked out very well in my favor with having two kids and an wife. I would have done things different to I would have got and different house and got insurance and a car first before anything else. I did not think to plan ahead on how much I had and what I needed to get. I did not really care how money worked so I guess I really had no clue.
In the reality store I learned that it is not as easy as it seams. With having to buy for your kids, wife, and yourself it is an handfull. It starts out easy and then as you go on there is no clue that I think parents start to get stressed out. I learned that life is hard and nothing is ever handed to you and nothing is ever free there is always something or someone who is paying. I do have more appreciation for my parents no see and knowing what they go through to help us go through life and have a better education than some people do. I did not understand the stuff my parents when through to help me and my sister. I can’t even imagine what they go though to make us what we are today.
I did learn something interesting with the afternoon speakers. I learned that they work hard to make what we need for our house and even for homework. I also learned that many people get hurt and more helping us and making the things we use today.I learned that you want a job you will like and not hate and complain about. I took many things with me on the experience like what kind of diploma you need for certain jobs and how they work in your favor. Work with good attitude and work hard and work with people you like too. Never give up on a job and work until you can’t and to never get a job you hate.
