On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong was the first man to walk on the moon. According to www.nasa.gov/centers/glenn/about/bios/neilabio As spacecraft commander for Apollo 11, Armstrong gained the distinction of being the first man to land a craft on the moon. Neil was also the first to step on its surface. Returning on July 24, 1969, the Apollo 11 craft came down in the Pacific Ocean west of Hawaii. The crew and the craft were picked up by the U.S.S. Hornet then they were put in quarantine for 1-3 weeks. The perfect place to have the Neil Armstrong Monument would be the eclipse which is actually in between the White House and the Washington monument.

Sometimes in Life you have to work for what you want, you do not just get it like that. People all across the world trying to accomplish their dreams because they work hard. I work hard during school, and during the summer time at my job when I work with my uncle. I work on and fixing houses and driveways. My uncle always says "you can't do anything just siting there." I want to start my own company just like my uncle, so I pay attention when he is showing me how to, do something I do not know. In my future I am going to work hard to get my job done, and to start my own company. I want to teach kids how to work o houses, and other things like my uncle is doing with me now, so that the kids I teach want to grow up to work on houses too.
